By purchasing a ticket you agree to our terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have thoroughly read and agree to all items in our FAQ’s.

School's Out Winter Fest reserves the right to alter the date, the venue and the entertainment and activities as advertised without prior notice. No warranty is given nor representation made regarding access to all attractions and entertainment. 

We do not refund, exchange or substitute tickets after purchase. A change in your personal circumstances does not entitle you to return or exchange the ticket.

If the event is cancelled because of any reason outside of our control of then refunds shall be at the absolute discretion of School's Out Winter Fest. 

REFUNDS

It takes 2-7 business days to process a refund on our ticketing and POS systems. Once the refund is processed and sent to your card issuing bank, it can take another 2-7 business days (depending on the bank’s processing speeds) for the refund to post to your account.

In total it can take 4-14 business days for you to receive your refund.

TICKETS & ADD ONS

You must select the date and session you wish to attend as there are strict attendance caps for each session. Admission, Token Packs and Showbag Vouchers are only valid for the session you booked online.

You will be able to change your session, or update the names on tickets via My Orders. You will not be able to transfer your Tickets to a Sold out session.
